Our Story
Allium Acres was born out of a desire to support our family from where we live and to do it in a sustainable way, while respecting the natural beauty of our surroundings.

It all started when we were gifted 25 bulbs of a Porcelain variety of garlic, by our dear friends, Dave and Sheridan Pimson. Each fall we would lovingly plant the cloves, eagerly anticipating the first tell tale shoot of green in the early spring. After growing garlic for our personal use for a number of years, we wanted to share it beyond our table; to educate and introduce others to the experience of quality garlic. Once experienced, there is no going back to the imported varieties that are typically available at our local grocers.
Consumers are now demanding to know where their food is coming from and how it is processed. More consumers desire locally grown alternatives and we are here to deliver our organically grown products.
We are husband and wife team devoted to transparency and honesty. We are proudly, an uncertified organic farm. You should know what you are putting on your table. We want our customers to know that if we are willing to feed our family from our land, you can trust our products to feed your family.
